How to use the MERRV Tool

To first use the MERRV tool you need to select your subject vehicle found at the top. This will load in the axle weights and axle spacings on the current saved version. You can also set custom weights and spacings if you prefer however these cannot be changed once a test is created.

Then choose your reference vehicles in the bottom left. Then you will choose which reference vehicles you want to test against and you can create a test from the top. Note the reference vehicles are loaded in at their saved version as well.

You will need to save the MERRV project before running a simulation. You can then select the test and can run on a Simply Supported or Continuous bridge types. Those buttons are similar to the PBS simulation buttons and results will appear once the simulations are finished.
